Focusing not only on the traditional racing collectibles, largely including NASCAR items, the book takes a look at some of the souvenir merchandise. Almost 700 full color photos are included. Racing knives, card sets, metal and promo cards, plastic model kits, posters, track programs and commemorative tickets, autographs, medallions, helmets, driver and crew uniforms, clocks, magazines, and many, many more items are featured. There are also Winston Cup Series, Busch Grand National Series, and Craftsman Truck Series postcards. A detailed history of racing collectibles and collector information on each type of collectible are included. 2001 values.
