(More customer reviews)The instructions for this item are simple to understand and dont worry about finding power wires or anything. The unit uses the same power source as the radio. It has it's own fuse and everything is wired and ready to connect to your new stereo and to the car's stereo connector. It does what it is suppose to do. The stereo stays on 10 minutes after you turn the car off... just like the original stereo did. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to install one of these to replace their stock stereo with a custom stereo.

(More customer reviews)I used this mirror to replace a broken one. The mirror comes with a detachable paintable plastic cap; I had Maaco paint this for ~$45. Once the cap is on, the mirror body looks exactly the same as the original. The shape of the mirror itself seems slightly different from the original, but looks fine. The power controls for the mirror also work great. I would recommend this mirror to replace an original; there's hardly any difference.

(More customer reviews)The Garmin 1300T is a nice GPS navigation device with the usual features, plus the additional great feature of FREE lifetime traffic information. But there are two things you need to know about the traffic information feature. First, in order for it to work, the device needs to be connected to the charger, and the charger needs to be plugged into the car cigarette lighter. This is because the antenna receiving the traffic info is located on the charger wire. The traffic information feature will not work if the device not connected to the car through the charger. Second, the traffic information feature also provides advertising - the advertisers are apparently the ones who are paying Garmin and the traffic system so that you can have free traffic info. The advertisements show up on a small line at the bottom right of the screen when the device is in the traffic info mode (which is a separate display from the navigation mode). Note of this is explained in the very brief quick-start guide. Another thing a buyer should know is that an 100/220 volt "home" charger is NOT included in the box. Also a case for the device is NOT included in the box. But you can buy these separately for additional money. My only criticism is that all of these things are not clearly brought to the attention of the buyer before the purchase.

(More customer reviews)recently purchased the Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD player for my wife's Pathfinder. The vehicle came with the factory radio/cd/cassette player with the BOSE system. I wasnt impressed with the BOSE system. After installing the PIONEER it brought the BOSE system to life, the EQ has incredible range allowing you to shape the music or video to you taste. I hooked the unit up with a connector from PAC made specifically for the Pioneer to Bose in Nissan vehicles and made this install basically plug and play! all i did was match up the wires from the unit to the PAC solder. the wire colors all matched to the head unit. i adjusted the signal for the BOSE and "wahlah" i was done. Thanks alot you guys, my wife is happy with her new unit!

(More customer reviews)This made installing a Parrot Bluetooth device absolutely mindless in my 2009 Honda Fit w/Navigation. This attaches to the audio system and then the Parrot attaches to this. It leaves the radio working as before, but now you can hear calls through your radio speakers and it automatically silences your audio system during calls. The hardest thing was being willing to tug hard enough to pull the dash apart to get behind the radio for access to the wiring. I bought a plastic trim removal kit for this (Actron CP5011 Panel, Trim and Molding Removal Set), but it still required a lot of tugging. There is one bolt below the dash that needs removal before pulling the dash apart, but there are online documents that show you where that is. Check the [...] site. No surgery (splicing wires) or additional wires to attach. This is less costly, more integrated, and easier to install than the Honda provided Bluetooth solution that doesn't even integrate with the car's audio system. This harness is quite long and bulky, but there is room for it between the audio system and glove box. If you want to move the Parrot to a different car, or suffer a failure to your Honda that requires warranty service, you can remove this harness and the Parrot Bluetooth device without leaving a trace.

(More customer reviews)After owning my Civic for 10 years, I decided it really needed new headlights. After checking at a local parts store, they sold for $108 each. When I discovered them on Amazon, they sold for $68 for a set. Installation was a little more involved than we thought. The headlights did not come with directions, but my boyfriend who knows his way around cars, had no problem. The only problem he had was figuring out how to make the vertical adjustment for the lamp/bulbs. He had to go to the computer to find out how to do it. Before you install the headlamps, locate the 2 adjustments, (they look like little gears) which fits exactly to a medium Phillips (#2) screwdriver. That way you'll know where they are after the headlights have been installed and it'll be a lot easier to adjust the light levels.
